Is this app a replacement for my doctor?
No. The app is an informational tool to help you understand reports in plain language. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified clinician. See the Medical Disclaimer.
Where is my data stored?
On Supabase (Postgres + Storage), encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+. AI inference runs on the enterprise tier of Azure OpenAI — your data is never used to train public models. Full sub-processor list in Security.
Do you sell my information?
Never. No advertising trackers. No data sales. No data brokers. The business model is a future paid plan for advanced features, not advertising.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Settings → Account → Delete account — purges every report, summary, chat, reminder, profile and share within 30 days. Step-by-step guide.
Is the AI always right?
No. The AI can mis-read handwriting, mis-summarise a value, or hallucinate a fact. Always verify any value, dose or interaction before acting on it. How to verify.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi (हिन्दी) and Gujarati (ગુજરાતી) at launch. More Indic and global languages on the roadmap.
How is this different from just asking ChatGPT?
The app handles the OCR, auto-detects report type, stores history privately, supports family profiles, schedules reminders and pre-formats prompts to keep responses focused on your report. You don't paste anything anywhere.
Can I share a report with my family or doctor?
Yes. Per-record sharing — you choose what to share with whom, every view is logged, and you can revoke access at any time.
