About this app
HealthLens is a mobile application that lets patients scan or upload a lab, radiology, prescription, or pathology report and receive a plain-language explanation generated by an AI model. The app also includes optional features such as a medicine identifier, a conversational AI health hub, medication reminders, and the ability to share a report summary with a family caregiver.
